The interest in research and studies centers in the last three decades of the twentieth century and afterwards has become one of the most important indicators of the state’s progress by employing the results of scientific research in the service of community issues by providing insights that support decision-making and policy-making processes. We may not exaggerate if we say that it has A fundamental role in the development and progress of societies and one of the influential actors in drawing political, social, economic and cultural trends to the extent that these centers have become an important factor in determining priorities and proposing special strategies to confront the problems facing the state and society and developing appropriate solutions to them after studying and knowing their causes.
Based on the above and in view of the specialized knowledge, information and evaluation provided by these centers towards various issues, the Department of Social Studies in the House of Wisdom in cooperation with the Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi Center for Historical and Cultural Studies at the University of Tikrit and the Basra and Arabian Gulf Studies Center at the University of Basra held the electronic scientific symposium by applying Zoom The tagged (The role of research centers in promoting cultural reality ... comparative studies between Iraqi, Arab and international research centers)
