Head of Bayt Al-Hikma Discusses Ways of Cooperation with the University of Karbala

The Head of the Board of Trustees of Bayt Al-Hikma, Dr. Naeem Abd Yasser Al-Abboudi, received in his office on Thursday, September 10, 2026, the President of the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Sabah Wajid Al-Kuraiti, accompanied by Dr. Hadi Al-Saidi, Dean of the College of Education for Human Sciences, and Dr. Muwaffaq Al-Hasnawi, Dean of the College of Computer Science and Information Technology.

During the meeting, a number of academic and scientific cooperation files between Bayt Al-Hikma and the University of Karbala were discussed, alongside exploring ways to strengthen scientific partnerships between academic institutions and research centers.

Dr. Naeem Al-Abboudi welcomed this visit, emphasizing the importance of concerted institutional efforts that contribute to the development of the academic process, while also highlighting the focus on research and academic activities and supporting researchers in a way that enhances scientific research mechanisms.

For his part, the President of the University of Karbala, Professor Dr. Sabah Al-Kuraiti, praised the important role played by Bayt Al-Hikma in providing students and researchers with the outputs of scientific studies and research across various fields.

The delegation conducted an introductory tour of the corridors of Bayt Al-Hikma, during which they viewed the institution's scientific and cultural output, as well as the important heritage building it occupies.
