Honoring Ceremony for the Ideal Employee and the Distinguished Employees


​Bayt al-Hikma - Public Relations and Media Department, organized on Tuesday, July 14, 2026, in Al-Khwarizmi Hall, a ceremony to honor the Ideal Employee and the Distinguished Employees of the year 2025. The event was held under the supervision of the Vice President of the Board of Trustees, Assistant Professor Dr. Muhannad Abdul Hassan Jallab, and the Secretary-General, Professor Dr. Haider Qasim Mattar Al-Tamimi, in the presence of a gathering of the institution's personnel.

​The ceremony commenced with a speech on behalf of Bayt al-Hikma delivered by the Vice President of the Board of Trustees, Dr. Muhannad Abdul Hassan Jallab. In his speech, he emphasized the importance of this recognition, which comes in appreciation of outstanding professional dedication. He described it as a noble message embodying the culture of appreciation and recognition of sincere effort and work, while offering his congratulations to the winning employees and praising the specialized committee for its role and transparency in the selection process.

​Meanwhile, the Secretary-General, Professor Dr. Haider Qasim Mattar Al-Tamimi (Chairman of the Selection Committee for the Ideal and Distinguished Employee), pointed out in his speech the exceptional responsibility of Bayt al-Hikma to preserve its historical legacy as a beacon of thought and a hub for culture, translation, and scientific research. He extended his gratitude and appreciation to His Excellency the President of the Board of Trustees of Bayt al-Hikma for his sponsorship, follow-up, and keenness to support the institution's cadres and elevate its status. During his speech, he also reviewed the methodology adopted in selecting the winners, ensuring the highest standards of fairness in applying comprehensive evaluations and thorough interviews of the candidates, as well as the criteria relied upon by the committee.

​He then announced that the Director of Public Relations and Media, Mr. Mudhaffar Al-Rubaie, was awarded the title of the Ideal Employee for the year 2025. He also announced that the title of Distinguished Employee for the year 2025 was awarded to:
​Mr. Haider Ali Ghalib (Art Production Department)
​Mrs. Suha Muhammad Hussein (Accounts Department)
​Mrs. Muna Fadhil Nassif (Human Resources Department)
​He offered them his congratulations, calling on them to continue their dedication to elevating the institution's work.

​The ceremony included a speech on behalf of the winning employees, delivered by the Director of the Public Relations and Media Department, Mr. Mudhaffar Al-Rubaie. He expressed his pride in this honor, praising the keenness of the senior management at Bayt al-Hikma to appreciate outstanding administrative competencies and motivate employees to continue giving and improving institutional performance to positively impact the quality of services provided.

​In conclusion, the distinguished employees were presented with certificates of appreciation in recognition of their efforts in performing their assigned duties.
